Sylvania — William Thomas Moore, age 82, passed away on Thursday, July 16, 2020, at his residence in Sylvania under the care of Ogeechee Area Hospice.  William "Bill" Moore was born in Newport, Rhode Island to the late John Thomas & Adeline Dennis Moore. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his Wife : Linda Perryman Moore, Son: David L. Moore, brothers, John Jr, Louis D., Samuel C. Moore.

Survivors: Daughters and Son-ln-Law: Deanna L. & James Bragg, Ill and Tracy M. Lovett, all of Sylvania and Debra L. Tuttle of Atlanta, GA; Son: Trevin A. Moore of Sylvania, Sister, Margaret M. Reed, and Brother, Roger A. Moore. Grandchildren: Delaney (Daniel) Lee, Lynda Catherine Moore, Josh Vargo Moore, Ashley Lovett, William David Moore, Kyle Tuttle, Trevin Alex Moore, Shalane Moore and Kole Tuttle; Great-Grandchildren: Hadley Lee, Zoey Lee, Emerson Lee, Avery Lee, Eliza Lee, Savannah Moore, Adyson Vargo and Luca Vargo; Several Nieces and Nephews.

Msgt. William T. Moore served in the U.S. Air Force for 20 years. Then Bill began his Civil Service career with the Department of Defense as a Certified Internal Auditor. After retirement, he taught accounting at GSU for ten years. Bill was an avid traveler, and he had many friends all over the world. He enjoyed roller skating, working in the yard, volunteering at a food bank, cooking and making new friends. Bill attended Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church in Sylvania.

Graveside Services: Double Heads Baptist Church with Father Louis Lussier officiating. Burial following.

Pallbearers: Trevin Moore, Trevin Alex Moore, Ryan Pistey, Jim Bragg, Garry Gatlin, and Steve Hopkins. Honorary Pallbearers: Diego Fernando Meneses, Bayron Yugcha Zambrano, Raju, Hamoud Subaytan Alhawity and Amila S. Bandara.

Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral Home in charge of all arrangements.
