Sylvania – William Alvin Milton, age 75, passed away Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at Landmark Hospital in Savannah, GA. He was born in Screven County, GA to the late Clifford Charlie & Mary Ruth Nesmith Milton. He was retired from BASF, where he worked as a mechanic for over 20 years. He was of Baptist faith and enjoyed doing mechanic work. He was also a U.S. Army Veteran, serving in Germany during the Vietnam Era.
Survivors: Daughter: Beverly Milton of Sylvania; Sons and Daughter-In-Law: Billy Milton of Newington, GA and Charlie & Lauren Milton of Sylvania; Special Friend: Ida Landing of Sylvania; Bonus Daughters: Connie Waldhour and Lisa Landing, both of Sylvania; Brother and Sister-In-Law: Jimmy & Pearl Milton of Sylvania; Sisters: Margaret M. Joyner of Millen, GA and Edwina M. Thompson of Statesboro, GA; Grandchildren: Cole Milton, Carlie Boe Milton, Kristian Milton, Randilynn M. Roberts, Sammi Bundy, Charlie Bundy, Ava Bundy, Ryan Troisi and Samantha Lariscy; 4 Great-Grandchildren; Several Nieces and Nephews.
Graveside Services: Friday, April 9, 2021, at 11:00 AM at Screven County Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Clint Williams officiating. Burial following. Family will receive friends at the cemetery after the service.
