LARRY EDWIN CRISSMAN

Larry Edwin Crissman, of Sylvania, passed away on Sunday evening, November 12, 2023, at his residence in Sylvania.

Larry was born in Augusta, GA, on November 11, 1947, to the late couple Johnny & Mary Crissman. Larry was a Vietnam veteran and purple heart recipient. After serving our country he worked as a diesel mechanic and truck driver.

In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his son, Brian Crissman and his brother, Jimmy “Jimbo” Crissman.

Those who will cherish his memory include his daughters and sons-in-law, Laura & Gary Walls and Lori & Donald Richard; sisters, Penny Lonsdale, Sandra Ibeakanma; grandchildren, Lauren Walls, Wyatt Richard, Alexis Bragg, Hunter Logan Walls, Bradley Walls, Brandon Richard, Andrew Walls and several nieces and nephews.

Rev. Travis Smith will officiate the memorial service that will be held on Friday, November 17, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. at Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral Home in Sylvania, GA.
