Alfred Sterling Doyle

Sylvania – Alfred Sterling Doyle, age 73, passed away on Tuesday, February 05, 2019, at his residence in Sylvania. He was born in Jenkins County to the late Henry Sterling Doyle and Estelle Cornelia Bird of Sylvania. He worked as a printer of floormats and a member of Bay Branch Baptist Church. He was also a member of the Southeastern Club for the Deaf for 31 years and he also worked at The Sylvania Telephone for several years.

Survivors: Wife: Ruth Elizabeth Campbell Doyle of Sylvania; Son and Daughters-In-Law: Fred Darrell & Kathryna Jordan Doyle of Loganville, GA; Brother and Sister-In-Law: Thomas Ulysses & Patricia Doyle of Sylvania; Grandchildren: Montana Michelle & Brandon Gregory, Kansas Mikelle & Chris NeSmith and Darrell McDaniel & Brittany Doyle; 7 Great-Grandchildren; Several Nieces and Nephews.

Visitation: Thursday, February 07, 2019, at 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral Home.

Funeral Services: Friday, February 08, 2019 at 2:00 PM at the Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Frank Osborne officiating. Burial following at Bay Branch Baptist Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers: Allen West, Bobby Osborne, John Jordan, Jr., Brandon Gregory, Chris NeSmith and Darrell Doyle.
